• Supervise planned preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of M&E; systems.
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, pumps, plumbing and associated equipment, as applicable to the site.
• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor work quality and completion.
• Review faults, identify recurring issues and recommend corrective action.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate shutdowns with the project team.
• Review material requirements, spare parts and technical specifications.
• Inspect completed work and verify equipment performance before handover.
• Maintain technical records and prepare maintenance progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, isolation requirements and permits.
