Hoop Stars is a Toronto-based youth basketball business seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce growth and profitability. You will split time between running Hoop Stars and building Community Sports Partners' marketing team across brands. Responsibilities include owning budgets, cash forecasts, and customer experience, while driving paid acquisition, conversion and retention to grow customers and revenue.
