Catalyst Capital Holdings is seeking a People & Culture Specialist to lead end-to-end recruiting and HR administration across five entities, with a direct line to the group’s People & Culture Manager. You will manage concurrent searches, build pipelines, and ensure compliant, timely onboarding and offboarding processes.
You’ll work in a fully remote, internation-al team, coordinating with managers across EST and CET hours, while maintaining HR records and reporting across the group.
