SupportYourApp is seeking a seasoned T3 Support Engineer for a fully remote position. You will troubleshoot backend, databases, and API issues, reproduce bugs, and implement small fixes while escalating complex cases to Engineering.

Strong SQL, AWS, Sentry, Grafana, and excellent English are essential for success. In this role, you will document findings, maintain runbooks, and help customers navigate the platform.
