SupportYourApp in a multinational, multilingual environment is hiring a T3 Support Engineer to troubleshoot complex backend, database, and API issues from a home-office setup. You will analyze logs, reproduce bugs, and drive fixes with clear documentation, collaborating with Engineering to meet KPIs.

Strong English (C1), SQL proficiency, and experience in Technical Support or SRE are required, plus familiarity with AWS, Sentry, Grafana, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
