Pearster is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for a 100% remote role. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions, integrate with major AI providers, and lead agentic workflows that connect AI to enterprise data and tools.

You will work with LangChain, embedding models, and RAG strategies, shaping scalable, production-ready applications while ensuring security, monitoring, and cost control. Integral collaboration and fast iteration are expected.
