The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of general supplier and commercial technology contracts, including NDAs, SOWs, and SaaS agreements. Key duties include coordinating negotiation strategies, managing the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool,



conducting legal risk assessments, and assisting with global corporate matters such as subsidiary management and patent portfolios.
