Information about the role: ? What you’ll do

- Communicate with clients or users in English over the phone on a daily basis
- Handle situations in real time and provide updates
- Coordinate tasks and follow up on ongoing requests
- Use different tools and systems to track and manage information
- Ensure clear and effective communication across interactions

? What we’re looking for
- English level: intermediate-high to advanced (B2–C1)
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in real situations
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with systems and digital tools
- Interest or affinity for technical or process-driven environments
- Ability to stay organized and handle dynamic situations





? Compensation & Work Structure
- Contractor-based role (independent contractor)
- Paid in USD
- Compensation includes:
- A fixed monthly base amount
- Performance-based incentives / variable pay
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time employee position with benefits , based on performance and business needs

- Previous experience in similar roles is helpful but not required
