About the role

Talentige is looking for an experienced Customer Service Virtual Assistant who knows Housecall Pro inside and out. You'll manage customer communication for a growing US-based HVAC company, keep the calendar booked, and keep technicians moving from job to job. This is a fully remote, full-time, long-term role.

What you'll do
- Handle inbound calls, texts, and web leads, and book service appointments
- Create and manage customers, jobs, and schedules in Housecall Pro
- Dispatch technicians and keep customers informed about arrival times
- Route urgent and emergency AC calls to the on-call technician
- Follow up on open estimates and outstanding invoices
- Book maintenance tune-ups and look after recurring maintenance customers




- Ask happy customers for reviews
- Keep CRM records, notes, and job statuses accurate and current

What we're looking for
- Proven hands-on Housecall Pro experience (required), including booking, dispatching, estimates, and invoicing
- Fluent, clear English and comfort speaking with US homeowners on the phone
- Availability during US Eastern Time business hours
- Reliable high-speed internet plus a backup connection, a quiet workspace, and a good headset
- Strong organization and a calm, professional attitude when things get busy

Nice to have
- Background in HVAC or another home-services business
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or Jobber
- Sales or booking experience, especially converting calls into booked jobs

- Spanish

Compensation: 1,300 USD per month, full-time
