The Billing Junior reports to the Billing Team Lead or Supervisor. This position is responsible for performing daily tasks related to billing, ensuring all customer invoices are accurately and efficiently processed. The role is focused on the timely generation of invoices and learning the processes and systems used in the Business Service Center.

- Billing Operations:
- Generate customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner based on services rendered or products delivered.
- Assist in ensuring all invoices are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to obtain necessary information for billing.

- Compliance and Administration:

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to invoicing and accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate records and files for all generated invoices.
- Participate in training sessions to learn new processes, systems, and tools.

- Team Collaboration and Support:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure daily goals are met.
- Communicate with the Team Lead or Supervisor regarding any issues or questions that arise.
- Assist other departments as needed to resolve billing-related inquiries.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field.





Experience/Certifications

- Experience in an Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or billing role is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle is preferred.

Language Requirements

- Strong English language proficiency is required.
- Spanish is mandatory.

Knowledge and Skills

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
