Rockstar is seeking an AI-Supercharged Executive Assistant to support U.S.-based healthcare practice owners in a fully remote role. You will manage calendars, inboxes, tasks, and daily follow-through within a Claude AI environment, where Claude drafts and you finalize.

You will receive structured Claude training, weekly coaching, and access to a supportive EA community. You’ll own scheduling, communication, project coordination, and reporting, ensuring HIPAA compliance and brand voice
