The role is designed for a legal professional who can turn complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical advice, supporting the company’s mission to provide secure and compliant financial products. The Counsel will partner with various internal departments to ensure that business growth in areas such as payments, investment, and banking is built on a solid, long‑term legal foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on the legal structuring of new and existing financial products,



drafting customer‑facing legal documents, and managing regulatory applications. Additionally, the role involves organizing local corporate structures, negotiating intragroup agreements, and handling contractual documentation with external vendors.
