SupportYourApp is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to join our global, remote SaaS support team. You will troubleshoot escalated issues, analyze logs, and coordinate with Engineering to deliver reliable fixes while maintaining runbooks and knowledge bases. The adecuado candidate has 2+ years in technical support or SRE, excellent English (C1), strong SQL, and experience with AWS, Sentry, and Grafana. This is a 100% remote role with international collaboration and growth opportunities.
