BairesDev is seeking a Python AI Engineer to build the agent and retrieval layer of an enterprise AI assistant. You will own evaluation coverage and work primarily in Python, with some frontend work as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in Python (8+ years for lead scope), production LLM experience, LangChain/LangGraph expertise, AWS know-how, and strong English. This is a fully remote position with integral teams and significant impact.
