This is a hybrid role based in Buenos Aires, requiring onsite presence 2 days per week at our downtown office in Microcentro.

Required Skills:

- 3–5+ years of experience in aNetwork Operations Center (NOC)or similar environment

- Strong technicalexpertiseinnetwork troubleshooting across IP and/or transmission platforms

- Solid knowledge ofTCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS,xWDMtechnologies

- CCNP Enterprise level knowledge (for IP-focused roles) or equivalent practical experience

- Hands-on experience withnetwork monitoring tools, incident handling,



and fault management

- Experience working withLinux/Windows environments

- Strong communicationskills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external providers

- Experience in documenting incidents andmaintainingclear technical reporting

Nice-to-havesskills:

- Experience with scripting (Python or Bash)

- Telecom industry background(TELCO)

- Experience configuring or improving NOC monitoring tools

- Experience working in an international environment

Core Responsibilities:

- Monitor the network acrossIP and transmission platforms (includingxWDM), as well as underlying infrastructure (sites, owned and leased fiber)

- Act on alarmsindicatingbothservice-impacting and potential service-impacting issues

- Initiate and performtroubleshooting of faults and outagesacross relevant platforms

- Resolve incidents at first line whenever possible,minimizing escalation to second-level support

- Take full ownership of incidents anddrive them to resolution and restoration

- Collaborate withthird-party providers(hardware vendors, field support, network providers) during troubleshooting

- Ensureaccurateandtimelydocumentation during and after incident resolution





- Maintain clear and structuredcommunication with internal and external stakeholdersduring major incidents

- TrackSLA commitments, follow up on progress, and coordinate resolution across teams

- Prepareroot cause analysis and outage reports

- Act as aSPOC during planned maintenance and outages

- Configure and contribute to the development ofNOC monitoring tools and processes

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting and information sharing
