This high-trust role goes beyond scheduling and demands judgment, follow-through, and proactive problem-solving. You will reduce the CEO's workload by capturing decisions, executing tasks, and coordinating teams across time zones.

You will also manage calendars, emails, and notes, while researching options, coordinating travel, and driving process improvements with automation and AI tools.
