A growing U.S. CPA firm specializing in franchise tax and accounting services is looking for a strong Senior or Staff Tax Preparer to join its team.

What youll do:

- Prepare U.S. federal and state tax returns: 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S
- Review financials and supporting schedules to ensure accurate filings
- Prepare extensions, estimates, and amended returns
- Communicate directly with clients to gather information and clarify questions, including handling stressed or upset clients with professionalism
- Maintain organized workpapers and documentation
- Collaborate with tax managers and firm partners
- Take full ownership of your assigned tax work from start to finish

What were looking for:

- 2+ years of experience preparing U.S.-based taxes




- Solid knowledge of U.S. tax rules (not foreign or non-U.S. systems)
- Experience preparing the individual and business returns listed above
- Strong English communication skills with a clear accent
