Role Description The Owner role at Baufest is a full-time, on-site position based in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. The Owner is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, overseeing business development initiatives, and ensuring sustainable growth in key markets. Daily activities include guiding executive leadership, monitoring financial performance, reviewing major client engagements, and making high-level decisions on investments and partnerships.

The role also involves nurturing a strong organizational culture, driving innovation in digital transformation services,



and representing the company in key industry and stakeholder forums. The Owner collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align operations, technology, and talent strategies with long-term business goals.

Qualifications

- Strategic leadership and vision, with proven experience in defining long-term business roadmaps and guiding executive teams.
- Business development and client relationship management, including experience in growing portfolios within technology or consulting sectors.
- Financial acumen, with strong skills in budgeting, investment evaluation, and performance analysis.
- Organizational development, people leadership, and culture-building skills to foster a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
- Understanding of software development, IT services, and digital transformation trends, preferably in global or multi-country settings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to represent the company externally.
- Track record of leading complex projects or companies with international operations; prior ownership or C-level experience is highly beneficial.
- Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Relevant university degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field; advanced degrees (MBA or equivalent) are advantageous.
