As a Business Manager, you will support the operational needs of Public Relations through managing projects.

Responsibilities include:

- Ownership of project set up process – rates, roles, approval documentation, etc
- Provide real time reporting of project financial performance
- Engage in internal and client account meetings
- Creation of scopes/estimates
- Maintain key financial metrics: burn rate, profitability, etc
- Ownership of change orders

- Manage communications between account teams, PFAs and finance – keeping all relevant parties informed of status and changes
- Maintain project trackers and perform data validation to ensure accuracy of performance against budgets
- Partner with PFA on reconciliation of projects - provide updates to account leads and facilitate action against overbudgets, i.e.

- Work with account lead to secure additional budget
- Work with account lead to seek approvals from client to move budgets between projects to cover overages
- Recommend efficiencies that will allow project to track to budget

- Support new customer onboarding
- Leverage AI tools to identify opportunities for process improvement, automate routine tasks, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive operational efficiencies across business management workflows.
- Partner with Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, and Account teams to facilitate the vendor onboarding and contracting process, ensuring timely execution of agreements, purchase orders,



and related documentation while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years project management experience; 1-2 years’ experience working in an agency setting, or other applicable experience preferred
- Detail oriented and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle preferred
- Keen eye for process improvements and reporting efficiencies
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and technology to improve business processes, increase productivity, and support data driven decision making.
