As part of Minor Hotels, the region of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is responsible for more than 350 properties in 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, with a focus on its upper-upscale and luxury brands.What will be your mission?:What will you do?:- Reconciliation and Application of the Transitory Account (dependent on AR) in each country, ensuring correct accounting allocation and regulatory compliance.- Management of strategic clients BUAM, BCD Travel and Corporate Travel Services Worldwide, maintaining active communication and resolving incidents.- Regional collection management: monitoring overdue invoices, sending reminders and negotiating payment agreements.- Regulatory compliance and regional policies in collection and reconciliation processes.- Consolidated regional analysis and reporting for financial management, identifying risks and proposing optimization strategies.What are we looking for?:- Academic background in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Tourism and Hospitality, or related fields.- 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), account reconciliation, and collections management.- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SAP.



Knowledge of other ERPs will be considered an asset.- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).- Advanced English is mandatory.
