The Process & Project Management Expert will play a significant role in defining, tracking, and optimizing marketing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).What you bring- Professional experience in Marketing Processes from Activity to Lead Handover- Familiarity in Marketing Reporting and Marketing Technologies- Strong background in Project Management- Ability to understand process challenges and areas of opportunity- Familiarity with documenting and reviewing Marketing Process Flows and Diagrams- Proven ability to manage team meetings- Prior team or work stream lead experience is a plus- Excellent methodological and conceptual skills paired with analytical thinking- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Fluency in written and spoken EnglishWork experience- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management,



or a related field- 3+ years of professional experience in Marketing and Marketing technologies- 2+ years of Project Management experience- Expertise in Marketing process optimization and documentation; Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus.Meet the teamThe Marketing Process & Transformation Office is responsible for overseeing and driving the Project Management of marketing and marketing technology projects and programs.
