Key Responsibilities- User Management, Profiles and Roles maintenance respecting security best practices.- Object and Fields updates to meet business goals.- Configuration of Flows and other automation tools maintaining vision of the greater infrastructure.- Communicate with the development team about new upcoming features ensuring they are aligned with the current business process.- Assist in Sandbox configurations.- Efficiently manage ticket queue, prioritizing issues and maintaining a clear communication about their status.Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseHard Requirements- Capable of maintaining a technical interview in English.- +2 years hands-on experience as Salesforce Admin.- Experience analyzing issues and providing root cause analysis to users.Nice to have- 20+ Trailhead badges.- Salesforce Certified Administrator.- JIRA experience.- Experience with Agile practices.- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical university.- Or at least a desire to get any of the above!Benefits:- Innovative company culture, working with colleagues in Latam,
