[Compensation]

<20 hours/week, RMB 2,000 - 7,000/month (varies based on experience, language, region, and performance).

Top performers with long-term cooperation can transition to full-time.

[Target Profile]
Local Chinese international students (Bachelor's & above) or foreign nationals who studied in China and have returned; fluent in Chinese and able to use the local language as a working language; available for 10-20 flexible hours per week.
