Property Resolution Partners LLC is a niche US real estate investment company. We buy heir-owned and distressed property with title issues across North Carolina. We're hiring an Acquisitions Specialist who is hungry, an exceptional communicator in English, and confident enough in their closing ability to be paid on results. You'll be trained directly by PRP's owner. The Role You won't be digging for leads. Our in-house researcher and AI research tools give you a high volume of leads that are already researched, with the property, the owners, the heirs and their contact info identified. Your job is to work through those calls, connect with the right people and close. Sometimes that's one heir and sometimes several. When an heir can't be reached directly, you call family, friends, relatives and associates until you get through. You'll also learn our title due diligence. That way you know where the information comes from, can review a research file with confidence, spot what's missing, and speak to each situation on a call. Research is a skill you'll understand, but calling and converting is the job. What You'll Do - Call and text heirs and owners every day from your pipeline of researched leads - Understand each lead well enough to speak to it, then try different numbers and contacts until you reach the right person - Build rapport with families, often in emotional situations, ask questions to understand their situation, present options,



negotiate and follow up - Take each deal from first contact to signed agreement. After signing, the PRP team handles the title work and monetizes the deal. - Review the research for each lead, flag anything that looks off, and learn where to look in county, land, court and genealogy records - Log every outcome and any new information in our CRM (Google Sheets and Podio), and track your daily, weekly and monthly goals Your time breaks down roughly as 70% calls and texts, 20% follow-up, and 10% reviewing research. What We Expect - Month 1: learn the ropes and sign 1 deal - Month 2: sign 2 deals - Month 3 onward: sign 1 deal per week. This is possible because we provide a high volume of researched leads. - Performance at the end of month 2 decides fit. Reps who aren't performing will be let go. - At the end of month 3, we'll discuss the pay structure that makes the most sense for both sides. - Exceptional performers will have the chance to become Head of Acquisitions as we grow What We're Looking For - Open to commission-only pay. Applicants who are will be prioritized. - Fluent, natural English. You'll be speaking with US families all day. - Required: prior outbound calling, appointment-setting or acquisitions experience for US real estate - Strongly preferred: 2–4 years in real estate acquisitions, ideally with probate,



heir or distressed sellers - Exceptional phone and sales skills, with genuine empathy and emotional intelligence - Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day and handling objections thoughtfully. This isn't smile-and-dial. - Willing to learn light title research and genealogy so you understand the leads you're calling - Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage many conversations and deals at once - Comfortable with technology for lead management - Coachable and self-directed, able to perform at a high level remotely with little oversight - A reliable computer, headset and internet connection, with a quiet place to work About Our Deals - The average commission per deal is about $5,000 USD - Deals take about 5 months to monetize, depending on the title issues and heirs involved Compensation & Schedule - Commission only: 5% of net profit on every deal you close, paid when the deal is monetized - Base pay available: if a base works better for you, we can discuss offering $5/hour plus a lower commission.
