Typical Responsibilities

Depending on the opportunity and level of seniority responsibilities may include:

- Managing hospitality projects throughout the full project lifecycle from feasibility through design procurement construction and handover.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between clients designers contractors consultants and key stakeholders.
- Monitoring project scope schedule budget risks and quality objectives.
- Leading project governance reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules and tracking critical milestones.
- Managing cost planning budgeting forecasting and change management processes.
- Reviewing contract performance procurement strategies and commercial risks.
- Supporting value engineering initiatives and cost optimization strategies.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across architecture engineering interiors and construction functions.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations safety standards and client requirements.
- Producing executive-level reports presentations and project updates.

Qualifications :

Were Interested in Professionals With:

- Experience delivering hospitality hotel resort mixed-use or luxury residential developments.




- Backgrounds in Project Management Construction Management Cost Management Quantity Surveying Project Controls or related disciplines.
- Experience working for developers consultancies project management firms contractors hotel operators or real estate organizations.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and construction processes.
- Knowledge of CAPEX planning budgeting procurement contracts and risk management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within complex project environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish and/or Portuguese are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management Quantity Surveying Project Management or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 MRICS CCM or equivalent are advantageous.
- Experience working with internationally recognized hospitality brands
