Our client is a growing US-based SaaS company delivering technology that helps organisations manage critical people and compliance processes. With a strong customer base across the US, they’re expanding their product function in Buenos Aires and building a team that will shape the direction of their platform.

Role Overview

This is an opportunity for experienced Product Managers who are equally comfortable in technical conversations with engineers and in front of customers. You’ll own products from discovery through to delivery, working closely with engineering teams in Argentina while engaging directly with US customers to understand their needs and turn them into great product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product roadmap for your area, balancing customer needs, business goals and technical constraints
- Partner closely with engineering teams to define, prioritise and deliver features
- Engage directly with US customers to gather feedback, run discovery sessions and validate solutions
- Write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria




- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and customers
- Analyse product usage data and market insight to inform decisions
- Collaborate with sales, customer success and leadership on product strategy and launches
- Drive continuous improvement across the product development process

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Manager in a SaaS environment
- Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with engineering teams
- Customer-facing experience, ideally with US or international clients
- Fluent, professional English (written and spoken)
- Experience with Agile delivery and product discovery practices
- Based in Buenos Aires

Desirable Requirements

- Experience in HCM, HR tech, payroll, background screening or related people platforms
- Background in B2B or enterprise SaaS
- Technical degree or previous hands-on technical experience
