You will manage tickets end-to-end, coordinate planning across procurement, deployment, and sign-off, and ensure clear, actionable communication with clients.
You will also supervise datacenter operations, validate work orders, coordinate with vendors, and maintain project dashboards while guiding junior technicians remotely.
