Sur seeks a Head of People to own the people function end to end for a fast-growing, fully remote coaching and consulting business. You will partner with the COO, build systems, and drive culture and leadership development in a startup environment.

You will manage hiring pipelines, onboarding, performance programs, and leadership development while navigating US-based employment requirements and international hiring considerations. This is a hands-on, coaching-focused role in a.remote team.
