You will own client engagements from onboarding through delivery, oversee hardware deployment, cabling, power/cooling, and remote hands, and ensure seamless coordination between technical and commercial teams.

You will manage tickets in Jira/ServiceNow, drive cross-functional resolution, and mentor junior staff while maintaining SOCS-like change and safety protocols.
