You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations and resolve data issues, enabling AI systems to understand complex workflows.

You will document changes, support governance of CRM workflows, and collaborate on integration impacts across billing, CPQ, and ticketing in a remote SaaS
