About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to diagnose and resolve production issues for a high-traffic hiring events product. The mandatory requirements are 4+ years of software engineering experience, Spring Boot, Django, experience with Dagster, data lakes, or Amazon Athena, and an upper-intermediate English level. What you will do
• Analyze and resolve production issues, with particular focus on in-progress hiring events.
• Partner closely with client-facing teams to triage and address support tickets.
• Ensure issues are resolved promptly to meet established SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond swiftly to alerts or performance degradation ("going red").
• Support architecture changes and system integrations that may impact hiring events.
• Maintain and update event logic in response to changes in dependencies and underlying systems.
• Support and onboard additional team members as further roles are filled, with Lead/Senior-level hires prioritized first to enable this. Must haves
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary skill set, first priority.
• Django/Python as a secondary skill set, second priority.
• React.
• Kafka.
• GraphQL.
• SQL or MongoDB.
• Build and deployment experience.
• Senior-level engineer able to ramp up quickly and assume ownership across multiple projects.
• High level of ownership and autonomy.




• Experience with at least one of the following: Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.

• Product Manager experience working with GTM teams and engineers to help with prioritization.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Windsurf).
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
