SHE Specialist I The SH&E; Specialist I supports the Customer Qualifications team by providing timely and accurate responses to customer safety requirements across multiple North American divisions. This role partners with SH&E; professionals and other internal stakeholders to manage customer prequalification requirements, safety documentation, and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of third-party customer prequalification accounts, ensuring information and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
• Monitor customer compliance status and proactively identify documentation, training, insurance, or safety program requirements.
• Partner with SH&E; teams and other internal stakeholders to resolve customer requirements and support continued customer site access.
• Coordinate and upload required documentation, including safety programs, insurance certificates, training records, safety statistics, and supporting documents.
• Support employee enrollment in customer-specific training and communicate relevant requirements to field teams.
• Maintain Customer Qualification documentation,



SOPs, and supporting materials.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries received through the shared mailbox.
• Support projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Analytics and Operational Excellence COE. Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Health & Safety, Administrative Support, or a related area.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
