Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of global HR processes from policy to execution. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and Legal to optimize processes that drive high-quality talent outcomes across LATAM and beyond.

The role is remote with a integral scope, reporting to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence. You will shape governance, adopt continuous improvement, and support cycle launches across regions.
