Job title: Pre-Litigation Case Manager (Personal Injury)

Schedule: • Remote Position • Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST

: We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our growing personal injury team. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution, coordinating medical treatment, building strong cases, reviewing insurance policies, preparing and sending demand packages, and pursuing policy limits settlements when appropriate.

Responsibilities: • Manage personal injury cases throughout the pre-litigation process.

- Coordinate and monitor clients' medical treatment and appointments.
- Review and analyze insurance policies and coverage information.
- Gather and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
- Build and maintain comprehensive case files.




- Communicate regularly with clients, providers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare, draft, and send demand packages to insurance companies.
- Negotiate claims and pursue policy limits settlements when applicable.
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in Filevine.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely progression of all assigned cases.
- Provide case status updates to attorneys and management.
- Ensure compliance with firm procedures and best practices.

Qualifications: • 5 years of experience as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in a personal injury law firm. • Advanced English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal). • Must have hands-on experience using Filevine.
