About the Role

Satellite Teams is seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager specializing in Offline Channel Growth to support a U.S.-based organization focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.

This is a highly specialized marketing opportunity for someone with experience in Direct Response Television (DRTV), media buying, performance marketing, and offline customer acquisition. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing media investments, improving campaign efficiency, and driving measurable business outcomes across the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize customer acquisition campaigns across offline marketing channels.
- Lead Direct Response TV (DRTV) initiatives and analyze campaign performance.
- Monitor and improve key marketing metrics including:
- Cost Per Call (CPC)
- Cost Per Order (CPO)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Return on Investment (ROI)
- Evaluate media performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Partner with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate, purchase, and manage traditional media placements.




- Develop insights through data analysis and reporting.
- Support both strategic planning and hands-on campaign execution.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience with Direct Response Television (DRTV) campaigns.
- Understanding of the U.S. television advertising landscape.
- Strong performance marketing and analytics background.
- Experience in media buying and media negotiations.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and ROI.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.

Highly Preferred

- Experience marketing to U.S. senior audiences (55+ market).
- Healthcare, insurance, senior living, home care, or related industry experience.
- Experience with direct mail, radio, print, or other traditional advertising channels.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based organizations.
