You will own pipelines from alignment through offer rollout and drive growth with a strong sourcing foundation. Adecuado candidates will have 2+ years in high-tech SaaS recruiting, direct sourcing via Linked In Recruiter, and experience guiding candidates through interview processes in a remote environment.
