We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

The idóneo candidate has strong customer service experience, excellent English and Spanish communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Previous experience assisting customers in English and Spanish.
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Availability to work within 8am - 9pm, according to the EST Schedule
- Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with two days off per week.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Personal computer or laptop. The company does not provide equipment.
- A quiet and professional workspace suitable for handling customer calls and communications.
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance and productivity throughout the scheduled shift.

Schedule The position requires an 8-hour workday, with an additional 1-hour unpaid break.



The tentative schedule is 800 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Sunday, with two days off per week, based on team scheduling and business needs.

Compensation

$5 USD per hour
