About the Role

This role supports the day-to-day coordination and execution of sports streaming content across digital platforms. Reporting to the VP, Sports Streaming Content & Editorial, it supports the coordination and implementation of regional content and editorial plans, with a strong focus on TNT Sports Argentina, TNT Sports Chile, and HBO Max across the region. It is a hands-on coordination position centred on managing deliverables, connecting teams, following up on implementation, and ensuring timely and consistent execution across markets and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of regional sports streaming content and editorial plans across TNT Sports Argentina, TNT Sports Chile, and HBO Max, following established priorities and guidelines.

- Maintain content calendars, schedules, trackers, documentation, and status updates to support timely delivery across platforms.

- Coordinate with regional and market teams across Content, Editorial, Production, Digital & Social, Marketing, Design, and Operations to gather inputs and follow up on deliverables.

- Support the coordination of live, studio, and other sports streaming content initiatives, following up with relevant teams to ensure timely execution.

- Follow up on content deliverables, materials, approvals, and dependencies across markets and platforms, escalating issues to the manager when needed.

- Support the preparation and consolidation of content and audience information, reports, and presentations for the Sports Streaming Content & Editorial team.





- Assist with routine administrative and operational processes, including trackers, purchase requests, invoices, and documentation, following established guidelines.

- Support the coordination of promotional, brand, and communication initiatives by following up on materials, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Experience in sports media, broadcasting, streaming, content, production, or a related environment.

- Strong organisational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams and stakeholders and keep work moving forward.

- Good written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.

- Ability to work with established processes, priorities, and guidelines, while knowing when to escalating issues.

- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Interest in sports and familiarity with sports content and digital platforms.

- Native Spanish proficiency.

- English proficiency.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with OTT, streaming, and digital audience trends.

- Experience working in multinational or matrixed organisations.

- Familiarity with sports, media, or entertainment stakeholders in the local market.

- Exposure to rights, licensing, production, or content-delivery processes.

- Experience supporting brand, PR, events, or partner communications.
