Role Description The Healthcare Specialist at Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Buenos Aires. This role is responsible for providing first-line medical attention in workplace settings, including assessing health incidents, delivering basic emergency care, and coordinating follow-up with external medical services when required.

The Healthcare

Specialist supports occupational health programs by conducting routine health checks, documenting clinical information, and assisting in health surveillance and prevention initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include educating team members on safety and health practices, participating in training sessions, and collaborating with HR and Safety teams to promote a healthy and safe work environment. This role also involves maintaining medical equipment and supplies, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Healthcare to assess, treat,



and coordinate care for employees in a workplace environment.
- EMT or equivalent pre-hospital care skills to provide immediate response in emergencies and health incidents.
- Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with employees, medical providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in Training related to health, safety, or wellness programs, including delivering sessions and educational materials.
- Relevant certification or degree in nursing, medicine, emergency medical services, or a related health field.
- Knowledge of occupational health standards, workplace safety practices, and local health regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Buenos Aires, manage multiple cases, and maintain accurate health records.
- Basic computer literacy for documenting clinical information and preparing reports; Spanish fluency required, English proficiency a plus.
