Description & Requirements

We are currently looking for a Junior or Mid Level Attorney to join our Corporate team in Baker McKenzie Buenos Aires office. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience for the Junior level and at least 4 years of experience for the Mid-Level position. We are looking for a candidate fluent in English, with a strong commitment to client service and team focus to facilitate effective teamwork by developing strong internal relationships.

The team counsels clients on acquisitions of participating and controlling equity stakes, as well as on divestitures and corporate reorganization proceedings.

How will you contribute?

- Registration of local and foreign companies with the Public Registry of the City of Buenos Aires and the Province of Buenos Aires
- Drafting of minutes and corporate documents
- Public Registry of the City of Buenos Aires and the Province of Buenos Aires regulations compliance.
- Due diligence and corporate reorganizations
