Mc Wilson Corporation, a restaurant group handling upscale casual dining restaurants is looking for a LINE COOK for our new Filipino Cuisine!

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Services
- Minimum of 1-year cooking experience in the industry
- Must have extensive background working in kitchen cooking Chinese food
- Must have knowledge of Chinese spices and cooking tools/methods (experience as Wok preferred)
- Must be willing to be assigned in San Juan City.

- Cooks and prepares dishes as needed by the restaurant operations
- Approves and polishes dishes before they reach the customer
- Controls and directs the food preparation process
- Manages and works closely with other Chefs of all levels
- Determines food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
- Ensures the kitchen meets all regulations including SOPs, sanitary and food safety guidelines
