Site Payment Specialist – Senior Associate (FSP) Position Summary Support clinical trial site payments through accurate budget configuration and payment system setup. In this role, you will review clinical trial agreements and budgets, translate payment terms into system configurations, and collaborate with study teams to resolve discrepancies and support timely, accurate payments.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the Investigator Payments Lead to clarify study-specific payment requirements.
• Review clinical trial agreements, budgets, amendments, and related documents to identify payment amounts, caps, limits, and supporting documentation requirements.
• Prepare and upload budget configuration templates and ensure accurate site setup within clinical payment systems.
• Distinguish between data-driven and manual payment items and configure them appropriately.
• Identify ambiguous or incomplete payment terms and coordinate with contract negotiators and study partners to resolve questions.
• Follow up with clinical sites to obtain, correct, or update payee information and required forms.
• Track missing documents, payment configuration issues, and resolutions.




• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet setup timelines and follow established processes.
• Participate in study payment meetings as needed. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• At least two years of experience in clinical trial payments, budget administration, contracts, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of clinical trials and an understanding of budget and payment system configuration.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language, including the applicable local language.
• Ability to interpret contractual, medical, and scientific terminology relevant to clinical trial payments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and resolve discrepancies. Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in business, a technical discipline, or a related field.
• Previous project management experience.
