Senior Meta Ads Media Buyer + Strategist (Paid Social) Job Overview MVR Digital is hiring a Senior Meta Ads Strategist to own Meta strategy and execution for a portfolio of premium and luxury DTC brands. You will be in Ads Manager daily building, testing, and scaling campaigns, and you will set the paid social strategy that our client leads bring to the table.

• Own Meta strategy and daily execution across 4 to 6 DTC accounts: build, structure, budget pacing, testing, and scaling
• Manage $100K+ per month in Meta spend against ROAS, CPA, and MER targets
• Set up and QA tracking yourself: pixel, CAPI,



event match quality, catalog and feed health
• Run structured creative tests. Brief creative, give feedback on what comes back, and tie creative results to your in-platform decisions
• Turn performance into clear written recommendations for the client lead on each account
• QA paid social work before it goes live What We Are Looking For
• 4+ years hands-on Meta Ads, at an agency or a high-growth DTC brand
• Deep Meta expertise: Advantage+, CBO, signal quality, CAPI
• Personally managed $100K+ monthly Meta budgets
• DTC or e-commerce experience Nice to Have
• Premium or luxury brand experience (AOV $200+)
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and TikTok
• GA4 and Looker Studio
