Pearster is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to own a wide range of Human Resources activities for our international team. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR administration, and people operations across multiple countries. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, design onboarding/offboarding processes, and maintain HR records while partnering with leadership to implement policy improvements and data-driven people decisions.
