Communities.Techand its family of companies (KT Black Services) are seeking a SoftwareQA Analyst to join our growing software team.

We are looking for someone that:

- wants to be apart of a small team (less than 15)
- has initiative and loves taking part in the decision-making process, working hand in hand with the product team as they help bringing a feature to life
- uses AI but knows the limitations

Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

- Analyze and apply user stories to define and meet acceptance criteria.
- Manual Test our CRM/ATS/Payroll software
- Partner with developers to provide feedback on product requirements and enhancements.
- When not manual testing then create and maintain Playwright E2E tests
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software systems to ensure quality and functionality.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve software bugs and issues.
- Utilize SQL to design and execute data validation queries, ensuring accuracy and integrity of application data during testing.
- Oversee release management by coordinating deployment, testing, defect resolution, and validation to ensure features and fixes are ready for rollout.

Skills (Not Required but Preferred):

- Playwright, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Postman
