What You'll Do

- Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency.
- Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.
- Integrate motion graphics and simple animations (text overlays, transitions, logo animations)



to improve engagement.
- Optimize videos for different platforms , ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails based on distribution channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams —designers, copywriters, and strategists—to align visuals with marketing goals.
- Manage video files and organize assets , ensuring structured workflows and version control.
- Review edits and refine content based on internal and client feedback before final delivery.
- Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to continuously improve video effectiveness.
- Ensure timely delivery of final assets , accounting for internal and client review steps.

Is This

You?

- 3+ years of experience in professional video editing, preferably in an agency, media production, or marketing team setting.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro , plus working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
- Strong storytelling ability , with a clear understanding of pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.
- Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).
- Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media, web, and broadcast.
- Highly organized —able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Fluent English communication skills , with the ability to work with U.S.-based teams.
- Experience optimizing video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).

Nice to Have

- Experience working with education, technology, corporate, or mission-driven brands.




- Understanding of social media engagement strategies for video.
