David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a rapidly scaling consumer AI company with 50M+ users that is seeking to onboard a Senior Affiliate Manager to join its Growth team. The role will own and develop affiliate relationships, recruit new partners and drive profitable acquisition through data-led optimisation of affiliate performance.

Position: Senior Affiliate Manager Location: Remote (Europe/Asia) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and grow existing affiliate relationships Recruit and develop new affiliates and business partners Monitor traffic, conversions, ROI, affiliate performance and campaign results Analyse affiliate-level profitability and funnel performance Optimise campaigns to improve commercial performance and conversion rates Continuously improve affiliate processes and communication Monitor and respond to changes in traffic and conversion performance Support the scaling of the affiliate programme through data-driven decisions Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency across relevant channels REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate management Fluent in English,
