→ Turn business needs into clear plans: scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies

→ Break roadmaps down into well-defined, actionable tickets

→ Run multiple projects in parallel and keep them moving

→ Chase dependencies across teams and vendors (copy, design, assets, approvals)

→ Spot blockers early and resolve them before they hit delivery

→ Keep stakeholders aligned on status, risks, and trade-offs

→ Partner with the Principal Engineer on complex technical specs
