Technical Lead

What We Are Looking For - 6+ years of experience in Engineering Management or as a Technical Lead.

- Proven expertise in people management, including hiring, performance management, and people development.
- Strong technical background with the ability to lead engineering teams and define technical strategy.
- Experience balancing delivery goals with long-term technical excellence and team growth.
