We're scaling up our product management team dedicated to driving AI-powered products and integrating artificial intelligence throughout the entire product lifecycle. As a Senior Product Manager | Applied AI, you'll lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of several products—including at least one AI-driven offering—while using AI daily to speed up workflows, make better decisions, and guide fellow Product Managers

Responsibilities

- Maintain complete ownership over the vision, strategic direction, roadmap execution, and end-to-end delivery of one or more products, with at least one powered by artificial intelligence
- Define specific requirements and use cases for AI features by treating them as probabilistic products, establishing data scope, use-case suitability, evaluation standards, quality thresholds, safety safeguards, and human-in-the-loop review as acceptance benchmarks
- Uncover strategic opportunities where artificial intelligence can strengthen product value, customer experience, internal operations, and business results while developing and scaling well-founded business cases for implementation
- Leverage AI tools productively and with disciplined scrutiny across product discovery, research synthesis, data analysis, documentation, user story development, prototyping, and planning, always verifying outputs before relying on them
- Prioritize product features, manage product backlogs, and coordinate release cycles, using AI-supported analytics to reinforce rather than substitute human judgment
- Direct the comprehensive product lifecycle, accounting for the unique operational aspects of AI features including model and version changes, quality drift, and continuous human oversight
- Partner closely with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams to translate product vision into actionable requirements while effectively handling technical constraints within product decisions
- Establish realistic expectations with clients and stakeholders about AI capabilities and limitations, communicating benefits, risks, and trade-offs through clear and approachable language
- Guide fellow Product Managers and elevate the team's practical AI capability through consistent, hands-on leadership by example

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of professional Product Management experience, successfully managing one or more products from launch through post-launch maintenance
- Demonstrated success bringing multiple products or essential capabilities to market, including direct experience delivering or substantially improving AI-powered products or features such as generative AI, machine learning, recommendation engines, search algorithms, or automation tools
- Strong ownership of product strategy, vision, roadmapping, market analysis, and product visioning, with clear ability to identify and justify valuable artificial intelligence opportunities
- Broad experience managing backlogs, cross-product dependencies, release cycles, product lifecycles, and continuous customer support models
- Thorough familiarity with product profitability, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and the vital cost, latency, and quality trade-offs shaping AI-feature economics
- Extensive subject matter expertise across 3 or more business domains, allowing you to operate as a trusted business-domain expert
- Functional AI literacy covering present AI and generative AI/LLM capabilities, dependable limitations, common patterns, and typical failure points to support sound product decisions and credible technical conversations without needing model-building knowledge
- Proven capacity to influence diverse stakeholders up to VP level and lead every critical aspect of complex product launches
- Strong leadership capability to direct a team of Product Owners and Product Managers across a product line through the full product lifecycle
- Firm commitment to elevating the team's practical AI proficiency by sharing verified approaches and coaching on requirements and evaluation standards for AI features
- Daily, hands-on use of artificial intelligence across research, discovery, analysis, documentation, user stories,

prototyping, and planning, combined with careful output verification
- Demonstrated skill identifying and justifying high-value AI opportunities within products, operational processes, customer experiences, and business outcomes
- Thorough functional AI literacy covering concepts, terminology, capabilities, and limitations at a product management depth
- Proven experience defining rigorous requirements and use cases for AI features, including evaluation criteria, quality benchmarks, guardrails, and human oversight
- Strong capability evaluating AI outputs for quality, accuracy, risk, limitations, and overall user impact
- Deep awareness of responsible-AI principles spanning data privacy, algorithmic bias, security, transparency, and human oversight
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML development teams
- Strong adaptability and ongoing commitment to learning as AI tools and capabilities rapidly evolve
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

- Advanced hands-on prototyping experience using AI builder tools to achieve near-production fidelity
- Proven ability to build product manager agents and multi-step automations that streamline research, backlog management, analytics, and communications
- In-depth understanding of AI-feature economics, including cost, latency, and unit economics, along with model lifecycle management covering drift, versioning, and vendor changes
- Familiarity with emerging AI regulations such as the EU AI Act and relevant industry-specific compliance rules
- Direct prior experience successfully scaling and taking an AI-powered product to production
